Canadian Partners

United Nurses of Alberta Delegation to MEC - Nicaragua 2006CoDev’s Canadian Partners are unions and community groups. Each one takes on the responsibility to educate its membership about the Latin American partner(s) they support and the conditions under which they are working for social justice as well as to develop exchange visits with the Latin American partner(s). The Canadian partner is also asked to commit itself to the Latin American partner and the project for a minimum of three years. Linking these unions and community groups helps CoDev play a valuable role in raising awareness and fostering support for international solidarity projects.
