CoDevelopment Canada Confidentiality Agreement

In order to comply with provincial privacy legislation, CoDevelopment Canada (CoDev) requires that each staff member, board member, contractor, volunteer, intern or any other person who is privy to confidential information regarding CoDev and its operations, review the following statements and sign below.

  1. I agree that any information (oral, written or electronic) acquired in the course of my employment or association with CoDev regarding staff, volunteers, members or donors (including names, addresses and telephone numbers) will be kept in the strictest confidence.

  2. I agree that all work done for CoDev in my capacity as an employee, contractor or volunteer, will remain the intellectual property of CoDev.

  3. I agree not to disclose to any third parties information that is internal to CoDev and its work, including financial status, budgets, salary information, donations or gifts in kind, donor/member lists, or passwords.

  4. I agree that I will not discuss any matter pertaining to CoDev with any representatives of the media, or otherwise publicize any confidential aspects of the work of CoDev, without prior approval.

  5. I agree that, when my employment or association with CoDev comes to an end, I will return all electronic or paper files that are the property of CoDev and that I will dispose of any confidential material in an appropriate manner.

I confirm that I have read the above statement and that I agree with and will honour this agreement.
