Café Etico Educational Program

Coffee is probably the most global product, served throughout the world. It is produced, however, in only a limited number of countries that have the conditions to grow coffee. Many factors affect the coffee market — forms of production and ownership, climate and weather conditions, practices in processing, global shipping issues, and political decisions, among others.

With this in mind we are pleased to announce our first Café Etico workshop on coffee: “The global coffee market and the stages of coffee production” with host Steve Stewart. It will be on Saturday, February 7 at the CoDev/Café Etico office, from 10:30 am to 12 noon.
